OUR PASTOR
Pastor Emmanuel LaPorte Sr. was born in New Jersey to parents who traveled much,  since his father was a Literature Evangelist. Pr. Manny, as he is often referred to, experienced a true conversion to the Seventh-day adventist faith at a very early age. His passion to reach others and share the gospel led him to pursue studies in Religion and ultimately a Master of Divinity from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI. Pastor Manny has shared his faith with many throughout his travels which include; Florida, Arizona, Puerto Rico, Michigan and most recently Oklahoma to mention a few. He has also worked with our military men and women as a Reserve Chaplain. Pr. Manny, in his quest to share the love of our Lord Jesus to those in our community,  and in hopes others will search for biblical truth often brings services to our local Heritage Village nursing home, while being available for counsel as a volunteer Chaplain at Jane Phillips Medical Center; our local hospital. You can hear him preach Sabbath mornings in his two church district; Bartlesville Seventh-day Adventist Church and Nowata Seventh-day Adventist Church.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PASTOR...

Dear Friends,

It is a great priviledge to share in the love and fellowship of our Lord Jesus Christ and that of His people, the church. It has always been God's desire that His church be an extension of His love and the caring ministry of Christ. God's church is to be a place of healing and encouragement; a place of spiritual fortitude for believes and a beacon of comforting light for non-believers. We live in a day and age where biblical percepts are laid by the wayside and truth has become a matter of opinion. This is not God's ideal or the purpose of His church. The church in all times and in every situation is to remain an inmovable pillar of truth as set forth in scripture and not he opinions of men.

God's people have been given the benefit of receiving His compassionate love, but his love is not to be horded, it is to be shared, taken to ends of the earth; to the ends of our communities. Thus, in accordance with the mission of the World Church and the biblical proclamation ot reach all people for Christ the mission of the Bartlesville congregation is to lead people to Jesus through the presentation of the everlasting gospel, inviting them to unite to God's endtime church, while continually nurturing all believers in truth and gace till the coming of our Lord.

Join us in reaching our community for Christ.

Blessings and Peace,
Pastor Manny
